Privacy policy

What we collect

• Business details you give us — restaurant name, address, phone, email, and your Uber Eats or DoorDash listing.
• Photos of your dishes, either the ones already on your menu or the ones you send us.
• Publicly listed menu information — the dishes on your delivery-app listing and whether they have a photo. This is visible to anyone browsing the app.
• Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic usage data — which pages were opened and roughly where from, so we know whether a sample we made was seen.

Why we collect it

To make your photos, to upload them to the delivery platforms on your behalf, to invoice you, and to reply when you contact us. If we emailed you a sample before you were a customer, we used your publicly listed business contact details to do it.

What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not use your photos to advertise other restaurants without your say-so.
• We do not use your dish photos as training data for anyone else's model.

Who else touches it

Only the services that make the work possible: Stripe for payment, our email provider for messages we send you, our hosting and database providers, and the image tooling we use to finish your photos. Each one gets the minimum needed to do its job.

Showing your photos

We may show a before-and-after of a dish we made for you as an example of our work, with your restaurant's name. Tell us you would rather we didn't and we will take it down — no reason needed.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Email hey@atareh.xyz to see what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop hearing from us. Every email we send also has a one-click unsubscribe. We act on these requests within 30 days, and usually the same week.
